ATX tours packages can be
booked from anywhere in the world. Bookings can be made online or by contacting
our sales office by phone or email. You can reserve your place on a tour with a
deposit and final payment due 8 weeks before departure or utilise our CLUB400
Programme. The final payment due date will be printed on your invoice. Bookings
made within 8 weeks of departure are subject to full payment at the time of

Book early! Most our popular
tours are reserved early with many guest opting for at least 3 months before
expected date of departure. For best deals we suggest the following months,
given 3 months before date of departure: December, April – May and August.

No, as a member of CLUB400
you have the payment option of 3, 6, 12, and or 18 months to pay for an
advertised tour package, with a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour cost.
For guest/non-members our standard deposit is 40% of the cost of your trip and
then you can pay the rest in instalments over 3 months, as long as everything's
all paid up by 8 weeks before you travel.
Most tours depart from our
gateway hotels at 8:30am on the day of departure and generally end between
5:00pm and 6:00pm on the final day of the tour. Exact start times are not
guaranteed. For your convenience, we suggest you book the pre night hotel in
our gateway hotel. You can also arrange the final night in our gateway hotel
where the tour will finish. If you must leave that evening, we recommend that
you book a flight departing no earlier than 10:00pm from the island.
We can book a hotel room
for you at any of our gateway hotels. The rooms are offered as single and
double occupancy, however if you opt for the CLUB400 programme, this will be a
double occupancy room, if you require a single occupancy this is at an
additional charge outside of the CLUB400 Programme and will be a cost incurred
by you. It is suggested that you reserve you pre and post hotel room 8 weeks
before date of departure.
If you book directly with
us we will email you a confirmation, invoice and ATX Tour details within 24
hours of receiving your booking. Once final payment is made you will also Final
Confirmation. Final documents are resent around 6 weeks before departure. If
you book with a travel agent you should receive all documents and information
from your agent.
